Inese Roze is the director of the Drabeš Manor Craft House, who is actively involved in pottery and knitting circles. Her great passion is making traditional butter. She inherited her first butter churn from her grandmother, and her husband made the next one. For decades, she has been leading butter making workshops at the Drabeš Manor Craft House and elsewhere in Latvia, and has demonstrated this skill at various events.
