Join a guided exercise session designed to ease stress and muscle tension and promote effective rest and recovery. The exercises blend grounding body awareness and mindfulness elements, calming breathing techniques, relaxing stretches and mobility exercises, and deep relaxation in resting postures.
You’ll get take-home materials for the exercises. If you’re interested, there will also be a Q&A and discussion session afterward. Please bring your own exercise mat or something similar to lie on if possible, as there’s a limited number available on-site.
